INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

This Privacy Policy ('Policy') covers HCS's treatment of personally identifiable information that HCS collects when you are on the HCS site, and when you use HCS's services. This policy also covers HCS's 

treatment of any personally identifiable information that HCS's business partners authorisedly share with HCS. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that HCS does not own or control 

or to people that HCS does not employ or manage. By using the website ‘https://infohcs.in’ (“HCS”), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. HCS collects 

personally identifiable information when you register for an HCS account, when you use certain HCS products or services, when you visit HCS pages, and when you enter promotions offered by HCS.

 HCS may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. When you register with HCS we ask for your first name, last name, State, City, email, phone number, and gender.

 Once you register with HCS and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. During registration, you may be requested to register your mobile phone and email id, pager, or other devices to 

receive text messages, notifications, and other services to your wireless device.

 By registration you authorize us to send sms/email alerts to you for your login details and any other service requirements, including some advertising messages/emails from us. Further, by using the 

website and/or registering yourself at "http://infohcs.in"  for the reasons above-mentioned, and/or purchasing an HCS product or service, you authorize us, as also our affiliates and our associate 

partners to contact you via email, phone-call, sms or direct mail and offer you additional services, basis the product you have opted for, impart product knowledge on the same, offer promotional offers 

running on website and other offers offered by the associated third parties, etc. For the aforementioned purposes, as also other permissible legal use, personally identifiable information may be 

collected and shared. Irrespective of you having registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, you still authorize us to give you a call from HCS, our affiliates and associate 

partners for the above-mentioned purposes. HCS will not share your personally identifiable information to anyone other than as specifically noted herein. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, HCS may share and/or transfer your personally identifiable information to an affiliate and/or associate partner/business partner. HCS may also share and/or transfer your 

personally identifiable information to any successor-in-interest as a result of a sale of any part of HCS's business or upon the merger, reorganization or consolidation of HCS with another entity
